A strange boy emerged from the heavens and materialized into an alien. He walked amongst humans learning their ways and absorbing their judgments. Growing up to be an idea instead of an individual. Harsh words and malice intent encompassed his aspirations until one day he screamed out to his creator, “Why did you make me?”
An epiphany was planted in his soul and began to grow into destiny. An overwhelming sense of purpose. There was power in that. Motivation multiplied and overtook it’s host, possessing him. Manifestation. Cultivation.
A strange boy emerged into the art scene and took the world by storm. A renascence of sorts. An introduction to his chorus line and way of life, taking all who cast their doubts and tossing them aside. Fearlessness born from generational exhaustion coupled with a new age of acceptance. Was the world ready to embrace him?
The boy turned man stared at himself in the mirror. Could he ever turn back into that glorious alien he once was? So malleable and full of wonder? Ready to love and be loved? Or had he turned into something else completely… Is this what it was to be human?
Was he ever an alien to begin with?
Or just a strange boy?
